Progress Charts

Assalamu alaikum!

GRADE 5 WEEKLY PROGRESS CHART

Students receive each week a weekly progress chart.
Please make sure that you see it and sign it!

Here are the points that we check everyday. We also have a class discussion at the end of the day to see if we are all in agreements on all decisions made!

I wrote down all the notes from the board.

I wrote down correctly the notes from the board with no spelling mistakes.

J’ai écrit toutes les notes sans fautes d’orthographe.

I was polite and respectful to my comrades.

J’étais poli et respectueux envers mes camarades.

I was polite and respectful to my teachers.

J’étais poli et respectueux envers mes professeurs.

I completed all of the work done in class.

J’ai terminé tous les devoirs faits en classe.

I completed and turned in all of my assignments.

J’ai terminé et rendu tous les devoirs faits à la maison.

I brought all my supplies with me (pens, pencils, notebooks, ruler, etc)

J’ai apporté toutes mes fournitures.

I wore my uniform correctly.

J’ai porté mon uniforme correctement pendant la journée.
